Customer/ Supplier Data Privacy Notice

This Data Privacy Notice is being provided to you in line with our obligations under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). The GDPR places enhanced accountability and transparency obligations on organisations when using your information. This Privacy Notice is a statement of Kildare Chilling's commitment to protect the rights and privacy of our customers and suppliers.

Your information

We currently hold contact details for your company and therefore in turn also hold information about you. We use this information to facilitate and fulfil current and future business transactions with your company. This information is acquired either orally, in writing or by electronic means during our normal trading activities.

The information that we may hold on our system is as follows:

• Company name and address, telephone and fax numbers, website and email addresses
• Company certifications/ accreditations (in order to comply with legislation and business transactions)
• Description of the Companies type of business
• Business transaction details
• Your name and job title
• Your business email address (or the email address you've give us)
• Your mobile number and/or direct dial business number

Disclosure

The information that we hold will only be used by Kildare Chilling and will not be passed on or shared with any other third party unless there is prior consent or it is required for the fulfilment of our contractual obligations.

Retention

As a general rule, we retain your information for no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or are required to by law, regulation or operational needs.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have a number of rights in regards to the information we hold about you, for example you have the right to

• Access and obtain a copy of your data on request
• Require Kildare Chilling to change incorrect or incomplete data
• Require Kildare Chilling to delete or stop processing your data
• Object to the processing of your data

Please note withdrawing consent and requests for restriction/erasure may however affect our ability to fulfil contractual arrangements where we are legally obliged to process such information.
